Who We Are Looking For
We're looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our Safety & Compliance team and help keep our organization organized, audit-ready, and ahead of regulatory and customer requirements.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys keeping multiple moving pieces on track. You'll work closely with Safety, Operations, HR, and leadership to manage compliance documentation, training, certifications, audits, and customer requirements.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer compliance portals and required documentation
- Maintain OSHA and DOT compliance records and documentation
- Track employee training, certifications, licenses, and renewals
- Prepare for customer, insurance, and regulatory audits
- Maintain policies, procedures, and controlled documents
- Coordinate Certificates of Insurance and customer requirements
- Maintain DOT Driver Qualification Files and related records
- Prepare compliance reports and track key deadlines
- Support compliance-related employee onboarding
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in compliance, safety administration, HR, quality, or a related field
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with OSHA, DOT/FMCSA, or customer compliance platforms is a plus
An associate degree or relevant certifications such as OSHA 30, COSS, CCEP, or DOT compliance training are preferred but not required.
